• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What if I have purchased two items in different payment?

  If you have purchased two sets differently and paid twice of the shipping fees, please email: [email protected] so we can refund you back and only charge you additional 1.50 onwards!

• What's the differences between letter mailing and registered mailing?

  As for Registered mailing, there's insurance covered and tracking number for it therefore rest assured that if there's anything happen we got your back unicorns!

  & As for Letter mailing, we will just mail out without any insurance and won't be able to track any missing parcel.

  If you have selected a tracking option, your tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. If you have selected letter mail, please refer below for shipping times:

  Please keep in mind, these shipping times are estimated. Packages may arrive sooner, or later, depending on your location!

  Please take care when imputing your shipping address! Please try your best to provide a residential address. they will not be replaced, if given the wrong address Please keep in mind that there are certain situations I cannot resolve, such as providing an incorrect address, so please take care to make sure that there are no errors on your end& if your package is lost or missing unfortunately it will not be replaced as we have different shipping option for you to choose, therefore please choose wisely!

• Which delivery company you are using?

  We are using Singpost, which is singapore post office & if you need to track your postage you can head over to http://www.singpost.com/track-items

  if you have selected registered mailing, when we mailed out the items we will notify you with an email together with you tracking number.

• Grading pins

  WHAT IS YOUR QUALITY GRADING POLICY?

  Standard Grade: Meant to be worn! defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections, Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade but are not guaranteed as such."
  Like little scratches, and blurred areas.

  Seconds Grade: For Budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types mentioned above, or: peeling enamel, missing enamel, or other unexpected Problems."

  Any order placed as a PRE-ORDER will be Standard grade. Any pin with glitter might have one or two color specs in the wrong place. These are HAND-MADE. You CANNOT expect perfection. By purchasing you agree to this grading policy.
